I was born in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. I grew up in a close knit family with two brothers, Sam and Dan. I went to a private Christian school and graduated in 2003. I then went on to Westmont College where I met my husband Luke and doubled majored in History and Communication Studies.

Luke and I were married Sept. 8, 2007 and spent the next year in Cleveland, Ohio where Luke played professional soccer. During this time, I worked for the International soccer mission called Ambassadors In Sport, as the assistant to the Director of Member Care. In addition to playing, Luke also served as the Urban Director and Community Relations where we both got to serve the urban kids of Cleveland by teaching them soccer, and organizing soccer camps for urban and suburban churches. This was an amazing learning time for Luke and me.

We are now in Charlotte, North Carolina. Luke has played his first season for the Charlotte Eagles. It’s a Christian based team where the players also coach kids during the season and share Christ with them. I’m working for a YMCA in the area doing customer service. We’re loving our friends here and the opportunities we have to share the life of Christ with others.

My family now includes, my sisters Sharon, Emily, Hannah, and Bekah, and brothers, Cody and Drew. I love my family and have a passion for tradition and being with them.

I grew up in a family where my parents served the Lord for many years by leading Bible studies and serving in our church by leading music. I have inherited their passion for serving in the church, being a student of the Word, and their love for music. My real passion and gifting is music and using it as a tool to share Christ with others. I am writing songs and playing in Charlotte.
